HOST RULES
A non-refundable deposit of [____] is required to secure your date and is due within [____]. The date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Remaining balance is required by [____] prior to the event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund of deposit.
Rental time includes all setup, event activity, and cleanup. All activities must be completed within the reserved time.
The space must be left clean and in its original condition. Additional fees may apply for overtime or excessive cleanup.
No pets allowed.
Any damages caused by guests, vendors, or attendees must be paid for.
The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.
Refunds are only eligible if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, or after will not receive a refund.
Payment of the deposit confirms agreement to all host rules and conditions.
